Music Ministry
The purpose of music ministry at HCBC is to bring praise and honor to God. We believe we were created to worship and to use the gifts of talent he’s given us to bring him glory. Music styles come and go, but our praise of God comes from a thankful heart. With this in mind, we strive to lead people in worship thru a variety of music while keeping the focus on Him.
Our worship team consists of several individuals who are accompanied by a full band for all of our services. We consistently sing contemporary praise and worship songs that point us to our Heavenly Father. We are always looking for creative ways to worship as well as different styles of music from Bluegrass to traditional hymns. We are blessed with great musicians who are dedicated and passionate about praising God with their special gifts.
We invite you to come on Wednesday nights at 8pm to make music with us for the Lord. You do not need special training, just a desire to use what God has given you to aid in worship. There are also many opportunities for you to sing with the choir, sing solos in special music, play an instrument or be a part of seasonal music celebrations.
